Delivery & Returns
Karma Mama orders are shipped and delivered on working days under 48 hour from Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). Any placed order after Friday at 2pm will be shipped on Monday morning. During high season, delivery might take a little longer.

NL: 2-3 working days (after receiving an order confirmation) €5,30 or FREE on orders of €49 and up.
EU Zone 1 (ES, BE, DE, DK, LU): 2-5 working days (after receiving an order confirmation) €7,50 or FREE on orders of €85 and up.
EU Zone 2 (AT, CZ, EE, FR, HU, IE, IT, LI, LT, MC, PL, PT, SE, SK, SI, UK): 2-5 working days (after receiving an order confirmation)
€15 or FREE on orders of €95 and up.
EU Zone 3 (BG, FI, GR, HR, LV): 2-5 working days (after receiving an order confirmation)
€25 or FREE on orders of €150 and up.
All other EU countries + worldwide: €50 or FREE shipping on orders of €300 and up. Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days but for some countries it can take up to 21 days. Karma Mama is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 working days from dispatch.
If we are unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to Karma Mama.
Why have I not received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the above time frame, please contact us at email@example.com. Remember to include your order number.
Duties for international (outside of the EU countries) orders
Orders placed internationally (outside the EU countries), are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range up to 30% of the total cost of goods. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.
Nor are we responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions; or any additional package delays. After you receive package tracking, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package, as you will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping carrier and therefor is not refundable.
International orders can take up to three weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Karma Mama is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
How do I return an item?
We gladly will refund any order within 30 days upon receiving your purchase. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition.

Attention! Please make sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage. Only skincare products that are in their original condition will be refunded, simply return the unused portion in its original condition within 30 days of your delivery date. All jewels must be returned with original packaging, and products must be unworn. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.
After this period, the purchase is considered final. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the return costs) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.
During busy periods, the completion of your returned order might be delayed. We will keep you posted on the current delivery times in the order process. Once we receive your package you will be refunded the purchase amount, excluding delivery costs, within 10 working days.
Variations between products
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
Gifts and sets
You're welcome to return gifts and sets. Just remember, to obtain a refund, you must return the entire gift or set together.
